This quick and easy Sweet Chili Chicken recipe uses frozen chicken and a zingy homemade sauce for a flavorful dinner in under 15 minutes.

- 24 oz lightly breaded chicken breast pieces from the freezer section
- 0.5 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 0.25 cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 tablespoon green onions thinly sliced for topping
- 0.5 teaspoon sesame seeds for topping, optional

- Cook the chicken pieces in the air fryer or oven (follow package instructions), until chicken is crispy to your liking.
- Meanwhile, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger in a small dish and whisk together.
- Pour the sauce in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly.
- Once the chicken is crisp, add to the sauce and stir to coat the chicken evenly.
- Garnish the top of the chicken with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
To get extra crispy chicken, increase the temperature about 25 degrees and cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes. Make sure to shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure the chicken is crisp on all sides.
