- 1 lb Ground beef lean
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 package Crescent roll dough
- 4 tablespoon Butter melted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Egg beaten, for egg wash
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and stir until well combined. Let it cool slightly.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon a portion of beef mixture and shredded cheddar onto each triangle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal into a ball shape.
- Place bombs onto the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- Brush with beaten egg, then top with parmesan cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Drizzle evenly over bombs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
