Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and stir until well combined. Let it cool slightly.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Spoon a portion of beef mixture and shredded cheddar onto each triangle.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal into a ball shape.
Place bombs onto the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
Brush with beaten egg, then top with parmesan cheese.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Drizzle evenly over bombs.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

These cheeseburger bombs are great dipped in ranch, ketchup or your favorite sauce!
