  • 1 lb Ground beef lean
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 package Crescent roll dough
  • 4 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Egg beaten, for egg wash
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and stir until well combined. Let it cool slightly.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Spoon a portion of beef mixture and shredded cheddar onto each triangle.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal into a ball shape.
  • Place bombs onto the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  • Brush with beaten egg, then top with parmesan cheese.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Drizzle evenly over bombs.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

These cheeseburger bombs are great dipped in ranch, ketchup or your favorite sauce!
