- 2 Strip steaks
- 1 tablespoon Avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 Large zucchini
- 10 oz Grape tomatoes
- 19 oz Frozen cheese tortellini + water
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Buffalo Wild Wing’s Parmesan Garlic sauce
- Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter Seasoning

- Cut steaks into cubes. Cut zucchini into smaller pieces and slice an onion.
- Heat griddle over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil and add all veggies.
- Season vegetables with Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter seasoning.
- Add steak to griddle and season with the same seasoning.
- Add one bag of frozen tortellini to the griddle and pour ¼ to ½ cup of water on it.
- Cover the tortellini with a griddle dome and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until tender.
- Once cooked, stir in Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce and remove from griddle.
- Stir veggies and steak until cooked to your liking.
- Top tortellini with the cooked veggies and steak. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to substitute regular pasta if tortellini is unavailable. Adjust seasoning to taste.
