Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 measuring cups
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 whisk or fork
  • 1 loaf pan must fit in the air fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well with a whisk or a fork.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the warm water, olive oil, and instant yeast. Stir until the yeast is dissolved.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  • Lightly flour your working surface and knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes, just until it’s smooth.
  • Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan that fits your air fryer.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • Once preheated, place the loaf pan into the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the loaf from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

You can add herbs or cheese to the dough for extra flavor.
Make sure the dough is not too wet; adjust with more flour if necessary.
The cooking time may vary based on the air fryer model, so keep an eye on the bread while it cooks.
