Pour the egg mixture evenly into the silicone egg bite molds or muffin tin, filling each compartment about three-quarters full to allow for expansion.
Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
Carefully place the molds or muffin tin into the air fryer basket.
Cook the egg bites at 270°F (130°C) for 15 minutes, or until they are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once cooked, carefully remove the molds from the air fryer. Allow the egg bites to cool for a few minutes before popping them out.
Serve warm or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
