Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 whisk or fork
  • 1 measuring cups
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 silicone egg bite molds or muffin tin

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice
  • ¼ cup milk whole or skim
  • ½ cup chopped vegetables bell peppers, spinach, onion, or any preferred vegetables
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • optional cooked bacon or sausage bits
  • optional herbs or spices

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together until well combined.
  • Stir in the milk, salt, and pepper, mixing until everything is incorporated.
  • Add the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, and any optional ingredients you like. Mix gently to combine.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly into the silicone egg bite molds or muffin tin, filling each compartment about three-quarters full to allow for expansion.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Carefully place the molds or muffin tin into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the egg bites at 270°F (130°C) for 15 minutes, or until they are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the molds from the air fryer. Allow the egg bites to cool for a few minutes before popping them out.
  • Serve warm or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes

Feel free to customize the egg bites by adding your favorite ingredients such as herbs, spices, or even different types of cheese.
These egg bites can be frozen for longer storage. Just reheat in the microwave for a quick breakfast.
