Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 chef's knife
  • 1 tongs
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 measuring cups

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Stir well to combine, then set aside.
  • Add the steak bites to the bowl and coat them with half of the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss well to ensure the steak is evenly coated.
  • In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with the remaining garlic butter mixture, adding a little more salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • After 10 minutes, add the steak bites to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  • Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can marinate the steak bites in the garlic butter mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
If you prefer your steak cooked to a specific temperature, use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and seasoning based on your taste preferences.
