Season your chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
Prep your pressure cooker with a bit of broth or water inside to keep moisture in.
Place the chicken in the cooker, lock the lid, and cook under high pressure for 3 minutes.
Allow natural release for juicy results.
While waiting, preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Create a dipping station with beaten eggs in one bowl and panko breadcrumbs in another.
Coat each pressure-cooked tender in egg, then dredge in breadcrumbs.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes at 400°F, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic, then brush onto hot tenders before serving.
Notes
Make sure the tenders are well coated in breadcrumbs. Double coat for extra crunch. You can prepare ahead and freeze until ready to air fry.
