Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of ½ lemon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes (about 1-inch pieces) on a cutting board.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well to create a marinade.
  • Add the salmon cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated well. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Place the marinated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If needed, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook the salmon bites in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The bites should be golden and cooked through.
  • Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

You can substitute the spices with your favorite seasonings if desired.
These salmon bites pair wonderfully with a lemon dill sauce or a yogurt-based dip.
Ensure to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for the best crispiness.
