Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Adjust based on preference.

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the fresh broccoli florets under cold water and chop them into bite-sized pieces.

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad mix and toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
