  • 1 can biscuits Grands Jr. recommended
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese cut into 10 cubes
  • 5 slices bacon cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • toothpicks for sealing the bombs

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each biscuit gently. Place one cube of mozzarella in the center and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Wrap each sealed biscuit with half a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
  • Place each wrapped bomb seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Mix melted butter with grated garlic in a small bowl and brush over each bomb.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bacon is crispy and biscuits are golden brown.
  • Serve warm with additional garlic butter or marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

Wrap bombs and chill before baking to help bacon hold shape. Store leftovers wrapped in fridge or freezer. Reheat in oven or microwave with damp paper towel.
