Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Set up a breading station with seasoned flour, egg wash, and panko crumbs.
Dip chicken into flour, then egg wash, and coat with panko, pressing gently.
Place breaded chicken on baking sheet with parchment or wire rack.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Let chicken rest, then prepare sliders by assembling with buns, sauce, and lettuce.
Notes
Wrap sliders individually to store, reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture. Store sauce separately in the fridge.
