Heat olive oil in your pressure cooker pot over medium heat.
Add diced onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until soft and fragrant.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until aromatic.
Add shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, broth, black beans, and corn.
Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, oregano, and chili flakes. Stir everything well to combine.
Seal the lid and cook under high pressure for 10 minutes.
Quick release pressure, carefully open the lid, stir, season with salt and pepper, and serve.

Use pre-cooked chicken to save time. Freeze leftovers up to 3 months. Adjust chili flakes for spice preference.
