Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, onion powder, garlic powder, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, mix cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, whisked eggs, ham, and chives until well combined.
Add wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir to form a sticky dough.
Scoop ¼ cup portions onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly. Slightly flatten each with a spoon or fingers.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown on top and bottom.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or use for sandwiches!
