  • 2.5 cups flour or whole wheat
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 6 oz ham or turkey diced
  • cup chives finely chopped

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, onion powder, garlic powder, baking powder and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, whisked eggs, ham, and chives until well combined.
  • Add wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir to form a sticky dough.
  • Scoop ¼ cup portions onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly. Slightly flatten each with a spoon or fingers.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown on top and bottom.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or use for sandwiches!
