  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • ½ cup Chopped onion
  • ½ cup Chopped celery
  • ½ cup Chopped green bell pepper
  • ½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup Sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 slices Cooked bacon crumbled

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, celery, and green bell pepper.
  • Add cheddar cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
  • Grease an 8x8 baking dish and press the beef mixture in evenly.
  • Spoon sugar-free ketchup on top and spread it as a glaze.
  • Sprinkle crumbled cooked bacon on top of the ketchup.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes until cooked through and edges browned. Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
