Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, celery, and green bell pepper.
Add cheddar cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.
Grease an 8x8 baking dish and press the beef mixture in evenly.
Spoon sugar-free ketchup on top and spread it as a glaze.
Sprinkle crumbled cooked bacon on top of the ketchup.
Bake for about 30 minutes until cooked through and edges browned. Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for future meals. Reheat well to preserve texture and flavor.
