  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 4 cups cut green beans canned, frozen, or fresh
  • 1 ⅓ cups crispy French fried onions divided
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  • Add cut green beans and stir to coat evenly with the sauce mixture.
  • Mix in about two-thirds of the crispy French fried onions.
  • Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling around edges.
  • Top with remaining French fried onions and bake 5 more minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Use quick release with the pressure cooker to prevent overcooking green beans. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat gently and add a splash of milk if it seems dry.
