Campbells Green Bean Casserole (Thanksgiving Classic)AnnieJackieDianeMayaAnnieRusty
This classic Campbell’s Green Bean Casserole is a cozy, creamy holiday favorite made faster with the pressure cooker and topped with crispy French fried onions for ultimate comfort.
In a large mixing bowl, combine condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Add cut green beans and stir to coat evenly with the sauce mixture.
Mix in about two-thirds of the crispy French fried onions.
Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling around edges.
Top with remaining French fried onions and bake 5 more minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Use quick release with the pressure cooker to prevent overcooking green beans. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat gently and add a splash of milk if it seems dry.
