Instructions
Mix burger sauce in a small bowl with mayo, ketchup, minced dill pickles, and minced white onion. Set aside.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet with salt and pepper. Drain off excess grease.
Spread burger sauce on tortillas. Add cheddar, cooked beef, onions, pickles, and bacon to half of each tortilla.
Drizzle ketchup and mustard on top, fold tortillas over and press gently.
Heat skillet to medium, cook quesadillas 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Let rest 1 minute, cut into wedges, and serve with extra sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers refrigerated up to 4 days or freeze individually up to 2 months. Reheat in skillet or air fryer for best results.
