  • ½ lb Ground beef browned with salt and pepper then drained
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 4 Large tortillas gluten-free Mission brand recommended
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped onions
  • ¼ cup Chopped pickles
  • ¼ cup Chopped bacon optional
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise for burger sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Minced dill pickles for burger sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Minced white onion for burger sauce

Instructions

  • Mix burger sauce in a small bowl with mayo, ketchup, minced dill pickles, and minced white onion. Set aside.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet with salt and pepper. Drain off excess grease.
  • Spread burger sauce on tortillas. Add cheddar, cooked beef, onions, pickles, and bacon to half of each tortilla.
  • Drizzle ketchup and mustard on top, fold tortillas over and press gently.
  • Heat skillet to medium, cook quesadillas 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Let rest 1 minute, cut into wedges, and serve with extra sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers refrigerated up to 4 days or freeze individually up to 2 months. Reheat in skillet or air fryer for best results.
