Main ingredients

  • 3.4 oz cheesecake pudding/filling mix
  • 2 containers strawberry yogurt 6 oz each
  • 12 oz frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries sliced into 4ths
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 bananas sliced (optional)
  • 2 - 3 cups mini marshmallows optional

Instructions

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and let the whipped topping thaw if it’s frozen.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix and strawberry yogurt until it's smooth and combined.
  • Fold in the thawed whipped topping carefully, making sure the mixture stays smooth and creamy without losing fluff.
  • Gently stir in the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and bananas if you're using them, so everything gets an even spread.
  • Add the mini marshmallows last if you decided to go for that extra sweetness and give it one more gentle stir.
  • Cover the bowl and pop it into the fridge for at least 30 minutes so all the flavors get a chance to blend together really well.
  • Serve chilled out of the fridge and enjoy.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Avoid freezing as cream can separate and fruits may get mushy. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2–3 days.
