These cheesy taco sticks are a fast and fun dinner wrapped in golden dough filled with spiced ground beef and gooey cheese—perfect for busy weeknights!
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up until no longer pink.
Drain grease, then add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir and simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
Unroll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 10 even rectangles.
Place half a cheese stick and a spoonful of taco meat on each dough rectangle.
Fold dough over filling, pinching edges to seal, and shape into sticks.
Place seam-side down on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for future meals. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
