  • 1 lb. Ground beef your taco filling base
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning for flavor
  • 1 tube Pillsbury Classic Pizza Dough easy dough wrapping
  • 5 Cheddar cheese sticks halved for gooey center
  • Sour cream optional, for dipping
  • Guacamole optional, creamy richness
  • Salsa optional, adds zing
  • 1 sheet Parchment paper to prevent sticking
  • 1 splash Water to moisten taco meat

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up until no longer pink.
  • Drain grease, then add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir and simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
  • Unroll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 10 even rectangles.
  • Place half a cheese stick and a spoonful of taco meat on each dough rectangle.
  • Fold dough over filling, pinching edges to seal, and shape into sticks.
  • Place seam-side down on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for future meals. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
