  • 1 Baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  • 1 lb Ground beef fresh with good color
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning any brand
  • 1 tube Pillsbury Classic Pizza Dough easy to unroll
  • 5 Cheddar cheese sticks halved
  • Sour cream optional, for dipping
  • Guacamole optional, for dipping
  • Salsa optional, for dipping

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease.
  • Add taco seasoning and a splash of water to the beef. Stir and simmer until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Unroll pizza dough and cut into 10 equal rectangles.
  • Place one half cheese stick and some taco meat on each rectangle. Fold over and pinch edges tightly.
  • Place seam side down on the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.

Notes

Wrap leftovers individually and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for the best texture.
