Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and a splash of water to the beef. Stir and simmer until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Unroll pizza dough and cut into 10 equal rectangles.
Place one half cheese stick and some taco meat on each rectangle. Fold over and pinch edges tightly.
Place seam side down on the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
Notes
Wrap leftovers individually and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for the best texture.
