Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Line tray with parchment paper and spray with oil.
Heat skillet over medium-high. Spray with oil. Add beef mince and cook 5–7 minutes until browned.
Add pepperoni, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and oregano. Cook additional 2–3 minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer 10–15 minutes until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Cool slightly.
Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread meat mixture leaving a border.
Roll tightly into log, slice into 1.5-inch rolls. Place on tray, spray tops with oil.
Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Store leftovers in foil or containers. Reheat as needed.
Notes
Store wrapped rolls in fridge up to 3 days or freeze up to 1 month. Reheat in oven for crispiness. Avoid microwave for best texture.
