Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
If using regular lasagna noodles, cook them according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish to prevent sticking.
Place 3 lasagna noodles in a single layer over the sauce.
Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
Layer half of the shredded chicken on top, followed by a handful of spinach if using.
Pour 1 cup of Alfredo sauce over the chicken and spinach, then sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layering process with another 3 lasagna noodles, remaining ricotta mixture, chicken, spinach, Alfredo sauce, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Top the final layer of noodles with the remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Let the lasagna cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing into servings. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
