  • 2 tubes Pizza dough 13.8 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups Rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  • Cut the pizza dough into 1-inch pieces and place into a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the dough, then add Italian seasoning and minced garlic. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Add half of the mozzarella, parmesan, shredded chicken, and Alfredo sauce. Mix gently to combine.
  • Layer half the dough mixture into the bottom of the Bundt pan.
  • Add half of the remaining chicken, mozzarella, parmesan, and Alfredo sauce.
  • Top with the rest of the dough mixture, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce if desired.

Notes

For easier prep, use pre-shredded cheese and rotisserie chicken. Store leftovers wrapped airtight in the fridge or freeze for longer storage.
