Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 meat thermometer
  • 1 tongs
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife

Ingredients

  • 4 breasts chicken About 1.5 pounds.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Optional, for garnish.

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure they crisp up in the air fryer.
  • Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the marinade, making sure all sides are covered.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
  • Cook the chicken breasts in the air fryer at 380°F (193°C) for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (75°C) for safe consumption.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy your flavorful air-fried chicken breast!

Notes

You can customize the seasoning to your taste by adding herbs like thyme or rosemary.
Serve with your favorite sides such as steamed vegetables, rice, or salad for a complete meal.
Leftover chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to crisp up again.
