Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 lbs total.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme Optional.

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • While the air fryer is preheating, pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

  • Once the air fryer is preheated, place the chicken breasts in the fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  • Cook the chicken breasts for 10 minutes before flipping them over using tongs.
  • Continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
