1 air fryer
1 mixing bowl
1 meat thermometer
1 tongs
1 cutting board
1 knife
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 6 oz each.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano Optional.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano (if using). Mix until well combined.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook the chicken breasts for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve the chicken as desired—great alone, on a salad, or sliced in a sandwich.
For added flavor, you can marinate the chicken breast in the seasoning mixture for a few hours or overnight.
Cooking times may vary based on the thickness of the chicken breasts. Always ensure they are cooked to a safe internal temperature.
