Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 lbs total.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece lemon Juice of 1 for added flavor (optional).

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper, and add lemon juice if using.
  • Coat each chicken breast evenly with the seasoning mixture, covering all sides.
  • Once the air fryer is preheated, place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the chicken breasts for 10 minutes, then flip them using tongs and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the chicken breasts with your choice of sides or slice them for use in salads, wraps, or sandwiches.

Notes

You can customize the seasoning according to your preference. Try adding herbs like thyme or rosemary for different flavors.
For extra moisture, you can marinate the chicken breasts for 30 minutes before cooking.
Make sure to not overcrowd the air fryer basket; you may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
