Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 pounds total.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper To taste.
  • fresh parsley Optional for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts and toss to coat evenly.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken breasts, coating them evenly on both sides.
  • Once the air fryer is preheated, place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Carefully remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let them rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

You can customize the seasoning to your taste by adding different herbs and spices.
To ensure the chicken cooks evenly, try to select chicken breasts that are similar in size.
Leftover chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It can be reheated in the air fryer for a few minutes to keep it juicy.
