Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the chicken breasts into smaller pieces if necessary to fit the slider size.
Set up a breading station: Place the flour in a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs in another bowl, and mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in the third bowl.
Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, shaking off excess, then dip it in the whisked eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere the crumbs.
Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken pieces and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. You may need to do this in batches.
Once cooked, place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Top each piece with marinara sauce and sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
Slice the slider buns and place one piece of chicken on the bottom half of each bun. Top with fresh basil leaves if desired, then place the top half of the bun over each slider.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Chicken Parmesan Sliders!
