Season chicken tenderloins with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoon of butter. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, then add minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add dry white wine and simmer 3–4 minutes to reduce.
Add uncooked rice and stir to coat in sauce.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer and cover.
Cook rice 18–20 minutes until tender and liquid is absorbed.
Return chicken to skillet, cover, and warm through for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
Notes
Use jarred garlic or substitute wine with broth for quicker prep. Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days or freeze for convenience.
