Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken tenders in the marinade and let rest for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together Panko breadcrumbs, seasoned breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and parmesan.
Dredge each tender in the breadcrumb mix and press lightly to coat.
Place coated tenders on the baking tray in a single layer.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and cooked through.
Serve warm with side of choice.
Notes
For extra crispness, broil the tenders for 2-3 minutes at the end or use your air fryer to bring the coating back to life when reheating.
