- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

Start by preparing all your ingredients. Thinly slice the cabbage and onion, mince the garlic and ginger.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until it is browned and no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
Stir in the sliced cabbage. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage is wilted but still crunchy.
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Mix thoroughly to ensure everything is well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with sesame oil right before serving for added flavor.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
For added heat, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes or some sliced fresh chili.
Feel free to customize by adding other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
This stir fry is perfect served over steamed rice or noodles to soak up the delicious sauce.
