  • 7 oz Chipotles in adobo sauce
  • ½ cup Mexican crema
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt

  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  • Process or blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust salt, then blend again briefly to combine.
  • Transfer to a jar or sealed container and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Can be frozen in portion sizes for later use.
