  • In a medium bowl, mix Knorr Dry Vegetable Recipe Mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the well-drained spinach until evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mix into the pressure cooker bowl, secure lid, build pressure and cook briefly to meld flavors.
  • Perform a quick pressure release to avoid curdling, then transfer to a container to cool.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Hollow out the bread loaf to form a bowl, spoon dip in and serve chilled with bread pieces or crackers.

Notes

Keep ingredients cold before mixing. Chilling post-pressure cooking is the key to developing deep flavor and thick creamy texture.
