In a medium bowl, mix Knorr Dry Vegetable Recipe Mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the well-drained spinach until evenly combined.
Transfer the mix into the pressure cooker bowl, secure lid, build pressure and cook briefly to meld flavors.
Perform a quick pressure release to avoid curdling, then transfer to a container to cool.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Hollow out the bread loaf to form a bowl, spoon dip in and serve chilled with bread pieces or crackers.
Notes
