Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs Ensure the eggs are hard-boiled properly; old eggs tend to peel easier.
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • various colors food coloring You can use natural dyes by boiling vegetables like beetroot or spinach, depending on the desired colors.

Instructions
 

  • Place the eggs in a medium saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Once boiling, cover the pan, remove it from heat, and let the eggs sit for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, carefully transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes. Once cooled, peel the eggs gently under running water.
  • Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks, placing them in a mixing bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • Divide the yolk mixture into 3 small bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix until you achieve your desired colors for each portion of the mix.
  • Fill the hollowed egg whites with the colored yolk mixtures using a spoon or piping bag for a more decorative look.
  • Arrange the deviled eggs on a serving platter. Optional: use toothpicks to add decorative touches or stickers if desired.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
