  • Add onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  • Stir in chopped fresh cilantro.
  • Transfer dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra cilantro.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

For a thinner consistency, blend in 1-2 tablespoons of water. Add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt or sour cream for extra creaminess. Store in airtight container up to 3 days in refrigerator. Freezing not recommended.
