Cranberry Brie Bites and More Pressure Cooker Delights
These cranberry brie bites are a delightful appetizer featuring creamy brie, tart cranberry sauce, and crunchy pistachios all wrapped in golden puff pastry. Made effortlessly in a mini muffin tin, they’re the perfect party bite to impress your guests.
1cupCranberry saucewhole, homemade or store-bought
0.5cupChopped pistachios
0.5teaspoonSea salt flakesI use Maldon
4sprigsFresh rosemarychopped, for garnish
Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin lightly.
Unfold puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut each sheet into 12 squares and press into muffin wells.
Cut brie into small chunks and place one piece in each pastry cup.
Top each with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
Remove from oven and sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
Let cool for 3–5 minutes, then garnish with chopped fresh rosemary.
Serve warm or at room temperature on a platter.
Notes
Use a metal muffin tin for better cooking results. Leave the rind on the brie when slicing. If it's too soft to cut, freeze the brie for 15–20 minutes.
