Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup dried cranberries chopped
  • ½ cup pecans chopped, plus additional for rolling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dried cranberries, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Use a spoon or a food processor to blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Once well mixed, use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
  • Roll the cheese balls in the additional chopped pecans to coat the outside.
  • Place the cheese balls on a plate and cover them with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Serve the cheese balls chilled with crackers, bread, or fresh fruit.
