- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped Can substitute with dried cherries for a different flavor.
- ¼ cup onions, finely chopped
- ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for drizzling)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, chopped dried cranberries, onions, celery, and parsley.
Add the garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and egg to the mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
With your hands, shape the mixture into balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
