  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened to room temp
  • cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • cup Caramel dip ready to pour
  • 2 tablespoon Toffee bits
  • 1 tablespoon Peanuts chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Walnuts chopped
  • Apples sliced fresh and crisp for dipping

  • Soften the cream cheese at room temperature while preparing other ingredients.
  • In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish and layer caramel dip on top without mixing.
  • Sprinkle toffee bits, chopped peanuts, and walnuts on top of the caramel layer.
  • Place the dish on a rack inside a pressure cooker above broth level. Cook on low pressure for 10 minutes, then quick release steam.

Notes

Store covered in refrigerator for up to 4 days. Separate apples before storing to maintain crispness. Reheat in microwave or pressure cooker steam setting as needed.
