Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper as desired.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Pour over chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • While marinating, chop garlic and green onion whites. Sauté them in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  • Brown the marinated chicken in the skillet, 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice thinly.
  • In the pressure cooker, pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles and seal the lid.
  • Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Quick release immediately after to avoid mushy noodles.
  • Stir in heavy cream for a rich and silky broth.
  • Return sliced chicken to the pot, warm through, and serve with desired toppings like eggs, green onions, crispy onions, and chili oil.

Notes

To save time, sauté and brown chicken directly in the pressure cooker using the sauté mode. Store leftovers in fridge up to two days. Reheat gently with a splash of broth. Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
