Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk together until well combined and bring to a simmer.
Once the meatballs are done baking, carefully transfer them to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Gently toss to coat the meatballs in the sauce and let them simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve the creamy spinach turkey meatballs warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
