Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the turkey meatballs in the oven for 20 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the creamy sauce in a large skillet over medium heat by combining heavy cream, chicken broth, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until blended.
Add the fresh spinach to the sauce and let it wilt for about 2-3 minutes.
Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and add them to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Gently stir to coat the meatballs with the sauce.
Allow everything to simmer on low heat for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve the creamy spinach turkey meatballs over pasta, rice, or with a side of crusty bread.
