These crispy bacon mozzarella poppers are a cheesy, savory bite-sized treat wrapped in crispy bacon and fried to perfection right in your pressure cooker or deep fryer!

Cooking Instructions
Freeze mozzarella sticks for about 30 minutes until firm.
Wrap each cheese stick with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Prepare three bowls: flour, eggs and milk mix, and seasoned crumbs.
Dredge each bacon-wrapped stick through flour, egg mix, and crumb mixture.
Place coated poppers on tray and freeze again for 15 minutes.
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a fryer or deep pan.
Fry poppers in small batches for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Optional: Use quick release on pressure cooker if crisping in cooker.
Notes
Cool poppers completely before storing. To reheat, use oven instead of microwave to maintain crispiness. Freeze extras individually before storing together.
