Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix flour, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and hot sauce.
Mix corn flake crumbs and grated parmesan in another bowl.
Dredge chicken in the flour mix, then the egg mixture, then coat in corn flake mixture.
Place coated chicken on baking sheet with space between pieces.
Bake chicken for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
Sprinkle crumbled feta on top and return to oven for 5 minutes until slightly browned.
While chicken bakes, mix honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika to make the hot honey.
Drizzle hot honey over baked chicken and serve warm.
Notes
Top with hot honey immediately after baking. For extra crispiness, place under broiler for 1–2 minutes.
