These Crock Pot Garlic Butter Steak Bites are a comforting, hands-off meal packed with herby flavor and rich garlic butter. Tender steak simmers slowly with potatoes, onions, and asparagus for a cozy, delicious dinner that’s crave-worthy and simple.
Melt butter in a large bowl and mix with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, paprika, mustard powder, rosemary, and thyme.
Add steak bites and toss to coat with the garlic butter sauce. Marinate 10–15 minutes if desired.
Layer diced onions and halved potatoes at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
Place the coated steak bites over the onions and potatoes.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until steak is tender and potatoes soft.
30 minutes before serving, add asparagus and gently stir to incorporate.
Cover again and cook until asparagus is tender but still crisp.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For ideal results, cut steak and veggies into similar sizes before cooking. Add asparagus last to preserve texture. Garnish with fresh parsley for color and extra flavor.
