  • 16 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise do not use Miracle Whip
  • 4 oz Mild green chilies drained
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 0.5 cup Shredded fresh Parmesan cheese do not use powdered
  • 0.33 cup Chopped pickled jalapeño peppers
  • Chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks for serving

  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, green chilies, Mexican cheese blend, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, and chopped pickled jalapeños.
  • Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer mixture into crockpot and spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Stir gently and serve hot with chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne. Pre-mix and store in the fridge overnight for stronger flavor the next day.
