Ingredients
  

  • 6 breasts boneless, skinless chicken Approximately 2.5 pounds total.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Softened.
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix 1 ounce.
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounces each.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • as needed cooked rice or pasta For serving.

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring all chicken pieces are covered.
  • Cover the crockpot with a lid and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken in the crockpot, mixing it with the sauce.
