- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup 1 packet
- 1 cup cream cheese Softened, 8 oz
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 4 oz

In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the crockpot.
Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
About 30 minutes before serving, add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken, cover again, and allow it to melt.
Once ready, shred the chicken slightly with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired, over rice or pasta.
For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or some diced jalapeƱos.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
You can substitute the cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom soup for a different flavor profile if desired.
