Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix 1 oz packet
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup 1 packet
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened, 8 oz
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 4 oz
  • 1 cup chicken broth 8 oz
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • optional fresh parsley For garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the crockpot.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken, cover again, and allow it to melt.
  • Once ready, shred the chicken slightly with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired, over rice or pasta.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or some diced jalapeƱos.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
You can substitute the cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom soup for a different flavor profile if desired.
