  • 1 box Chocolate cake mix
  • 1 box Instant chocolate pudding small box
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cups Chocolate chips

  • Spray the inner pot of your pressure cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened.
  • Pour the pudding mixture into the pressure cooker and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the dry chocolate cake mix evenly over the pudding. Do not stir.
  • Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the cake mix layer.
  • Evenly distribute the chocolate chips over the top.
  • Seal the pressure cooker lid, ensure the sealing ring is in place and float valve is down.
  • Cook on high pressure for 35 minutes, then allow a natural release.
  • Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Optional: serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
